Swift action by IRC health, water and sanitation teams after the December 26, 2004 earthquake and tsunami, helped head off a second disaster: mass outbreaks of infectious disease.

A new video on the IRC Web site profiles the IRC's emergency relief efforts in Aceh Province, Indonesia, the area hardest hit by the tsunami.
